Product Repairs

If you suspect that there is a failure in one of your HEBI Robotics products please contact us. Send an email to support@hebirobotics.com with the following information. The more descriptive you can be, the better we can gauge the likely cause of failure.

  • Product Serial Number

  • Description of Behavior

  • Accompanying videos and log files 

After receiving this information, HEBI Engineers will determine the best next steps based on your warranty status and if we believe the product to be repairable based upon the information provided. With this information and the chart below, you can then get an initial estimate of what to expect for your cost of repair. 

Note: All estimates are subject to change once HEBI Robotics has received the product and run a failure diagnostic.

Trade-Ins

Customers that have products beyond warranty also have the option to trade those products in for a discount on a new device from the same series.
